Our Project Mission
Our mission is to unite flat buyers in a collective fight to secure our rightful homes and ensure justice against builders who have abandoned their commitments.
We are dedicated to pursuing legal, ethical, and community-driven solutions to demand accountability, expedite project completion, and safeguard the dreams and investments of every homebuyer involved.
Through solidarity, persistence, and informed action, we aim to reclaim what is rightfully ours — our homes, our security, and our dignity.
The Journey So Far
What started as a group of individual buyers struggling against an abandoned project has now evolved into a highly organized, powerful association. Clan One Society was formed out of necessity—to bring 1,649 stranded families under one unified umbrella.
Over the past years, our volunteers have relentlessly fought battles in RERA, the High Court, and municipal offices. We have organized mass meetings, gathered legal consents, and pooled our resources to ensure our voices cannot be ignored by the builders or the authorities.
Our journey is one of resilience. While the legal hurdles are immense, the collective strength of our society continues to drive us closer to our ultimate goal: taking possession of the homes we paid for.
